- Members inviting guests to the Club are responsible at all times for their conduct in compliance of the Constitution and Bylaws.
- Any key issued in pursuance of Club membership that provides access to any part of the Club or its precincts remains the property of the Club at all times, and must be surrendered on cessation of membership. No member shall give or loan, or duplicate for issue to any person, any such Club key.
- Any accidental or other damage caused to Club equipment or facility must be reported to the Safety Officer or a Committee member at the earliest opportunity.
- Vehicles, boat trailers or other articles owned by members or their guests shall not be placed in any position where they are likely to cause danger or inconvenience to any other member.
- Vehicles shall not travel in excess of 10 miles per hour anywhere within the Club precincts, this applies to members and their guests at all times.
- Any member, their guest or other person invited to the Club shall not pitch overnight tents, campers or touring caravans anywhere other than in designated locations. (Occasional tents may however be pitched for overnight use on the grassed area by prior arrangement only).
- Other than at designated Club events where over night tents, campers or caravans are brought on site, the owner shall pay a daily ‘pitch fee’ to be determined annually at the discretion of the General Committee.
- Members renting a caravan pitch must have the caravan maintained in an efficient working order
- Dogs owned by members shall be kept under control at all times, and the owner is responsible for the immediate removal of any dog faeces caused within club precincts.
- All litter should be taken home.
- Consideration, good manners and common sense are to be used at all times.
