- No caravan or boat may be left unattended at the club site.
- Caravans and boats may only be left on site once a rota is in operation. The start and end dates of this rota will be agreed between the committee and the members.
- All caravans must have a suitable anti theft device or have the wheels removed
Caravans must be maintained in good condition. - Any caravan left at the club must have appropriate insurance or a letter waiving responsibility of the CWSWBC in the event of theft or damage.
- No building work is to be carried out or flora and fauna damaged/ removed with out the consent of the committee.
- At least two separate caravans must support the rota on each night, a night on the rota starts at 6pm and finishes at 8am.
- The number and location of caravan pitches will be determined by the committee.
- No chemical toilets are to be emptied on site
