Charnwood Waterski & Wakeboard Club

The club is primerily aimed at boat owners although we have a club coach who offers lessons in wakeboarding and waterskiing for just a tow at £7 a set (6 passes of the lake or about 15 miuntes).  We have some kit available including wetsuits, buoyancy aids etc, as well as boards and skis.

We limit the number of full boat members to 13 to ensure plenty of time on the water, please get in touch for availablity of a boat slot.  

Boats go out in rotation i.e. 15 minutes or 6 passes of the lake each, then on to the next boat with a skier on the dock and ready to go, if your not ready you miss a turn.  The means you can ski more or less when you want any time of any day (during daylight hours).

We operate a members rota in the summer season to ensure someone is always on-site 24x7.  Members leaving a boat and/or caravan on-site must take part or pay an additional membership fee.  Typically this means staying ove ron-site on evening a fortnight and 2-3 weeksend a season.
